SendOutCards Appoints New President of Field Operations, Steve Schulz

Schulz-204.jpgSteve Schulz has joined SendOutCards’ Corporate Executive Team as the President of Field Operations, effective immediately. In this role, Schulz will spearhead recruiting and training initiatives to ensure consistency and simplicity within the SendOutCards business opportunity. He will work directly with Kody Bateman, Founder and CEO, Vanessa Hunter, Vice President of Marketing, and SendOutCards’ field leaders.

Schulz’s 23 years of experience in the Network Marketing industry – building an organization of more than a 170,000 independent distributors and earning more than 15 million dollars – make him a leader who will dramatically enhance the day-to-day field operations and strengthen core business-building efforts.

    Great news, welcome Mr. Schultz! I pray this means we’ll finally have some connective conversations happening between your SOC store (bulk cards) vendor and SOC! I attempted to work with customer service on a quality issues with my SOC orders and was dead-ended on two occasions. Would love to see your organization connect operations on this issue for the benefit of the client base! I’ve not ordered in bulk since early 2013.       Heather, I used to use for suggestions/requests, but recently that email is rejected and returns – so I’m assuming corporate is making some changes. I’d personally like to see a corporate position created that focuses 100% on user experience and product only. Keep the faith, SOC is obviously growing fast, and will figure it all out eventually. I don’t know if you are a customer or MD (in-the-biz’), but the more customers each of us has, the higher the ‘return’ when things do work flawlessly. In today’s competitive environment for any consumer $ – it’s imperative the product experience should come first and be top priority. I can only hope we will start to see more corporate announcements on new hires, product features, site features, and as much exciting news as we have been seeing for the other departments.

    We welcome your appointment here in Australia! Hopefully you will address the issues we are facing regarding shipping. We have to let our customers know NOT to type in their choice when it comes to adding a gift, as the program does not recognise our country & therefore get slugged with the wrong shipping costs. Congratulations on your appointment Steve!

    I have been involved in the industry for over 30 years, Steve Schulz will absolutely take SendOutCards to a “BDAB” Company. Folks who are already on the bus, get your seat belts fastened! To those not on the SOC Bus “Yet” get on! The timing could not be BETTER!

    We are so sad to lose Steve, he is a dynamic motivational speaker that puts you on fire. Steve cares about people and their growth… Take care of him he is great, him and Vanessa are greatly missed. But happy for them in their success.
