Improved Retail and Business Websites

We’re excited to announce the new changes and improvements to the SendOutCards Retail and Business Websites ( We’ve been collaborating with our top leaders to create a better experience for you, your teams and your prospects! Learn more about the new changes below.

We’ve got some great changes to the Retail and Business Websites (also referred to as the Marketing Websites). Here’s a quick look at what to expect!

You and your prospects decide what to do first on this new sleek, landing page.

When you select the “Watch a Video” option, you’ll automatically be prompted to view the 17-minute Opportunity Video (The Brick & Mortar to Click & Order Revolution). You can also choose to show them other opportunity and product videos.

If you choose the “Send a Card” option, you’ll be directed to the Gift Account Walkthrough where you will send a card. At the end of the card sending process, you will then have the “Ways To Get Started,” “Watch Videos” or “Listen to Recorded Calls” options to make it easy and convenient for you to take your prospects to the next step.

When you’re ready, you’ll now be able to access the “Ways to Get Started” option, every step of the way, no matter which path your prospect chooses.

These are just a few of the exciting new changes and improvements we’ve created to help bring you a better prospecting experience. The new look, feel and flow will be implemented on all Retail and Business Websites (also referred to as Marketing Websites) tomorrow, April 23rd, at 4pm (MDT).

WOW — Thank you to headoffice and compliance to listening to my feedback email…. Yes, I am a new distributor to Send out cards, however i had become very disallusioned with the system and the process when i started to interact with the live website…—- Another suggestion… When i parted with my $300 to become a new distributor – a thankyou card or a welcome letter to every new distributor i believe should be apart of the “Treat em right” process…… Kind Regards… Kathryn

Its terrific that you are constantly trying to make the SOC experience greater and better. Thank You. However, I am worried that a 17 minute video will be hard and slow to download for people on older computers and/or slow internet speeds which we get in Australia. I once took 2 hours (yes) two hours to show the business to someone who was on a wireless connection. Not only was the video slow, (and it was a small one) but the site itself took ages to load, plus a nightmare ride when I got to the cards section as the Kody walkthrough also took ages to load.

I am truly looking forward to see and enjoy these changes.

The site still needs to say, “Send a FREE card”. That one word, “FREE” has been missing and frankly, it needs to be put back.

I think that the “free” card option on the landing page should be an option in the settings for each distributor– so each distributor can choose it or not.

Don’t know what all the update will entail but I have a suggestion if not already incorporated.

I can assign more than one group to someone in my contact manager but I like to send cards by selecting groups and if I select several groups to send the same card to at different times then I end up sending the same card to people more than one time if I have them in more than one group. So I only assign one group per contact.

I would like to assign a primary group but also secondary groups to people in my contact manager.

Very exciting! SOC is an awesome company! I am proud to represent them! Who doesn’t like making an immediate impact on a friend, family member, client or prospect when they open an SOC envelope and get a personalized greeting card in the mail! Nothing like it! Oh, and the gifts!

17 minutes too long. For prospects to watch the 4 min video before sending card is OK

Please make the site mobile, (ie. iPad friendly) so we don’t have to use the reduced service iPad Ap.

      Hi Shaman —

Our programming team has been hard at work on creating an entire mobile friendly site and we’ll keep you updated as soon as they’re ready.

      Thank you!

Excellent! Hopefully this will include new users social login (with facebook or twitter authorization/click credentials) which could also help increase the free trial adoption rate.

The new site is great. I just noticed though that on the new Jules GAW, the button says “Hide Kody”. Obviously a programming gremlin that I know you will fix soon. Congratulations on a great improvement.

FREE. FREE. FREE. wording VERY important.

One workaround this is to use use Puffin: to view flash based sites.

  19. April 24, 2013 at 11:38 am

Also change the code to put Jues layer in front of the ‘arrow’ that shows up on her face b/c of the flash-to-front- issues (aka her layer is behind the arrow showing the inside of the car on step 1)

We sure are Donna, and its the best thing that has happened to me, so tired of the High Technology everywhere, but what more attracts me is that I can electronically send out a card to one of my long time friends and / or family member whom I’ve not seen for years to come, and just to put a smile on their face when they receive an actual card in their hands, that makes my day totally…….Javier
